The best melting choco-chip cookies recipe
Posted by Daisy FU onThese chocolate treats will have your mouth watering! They are crispy on the outside, super soft in the middle, with tons of melting chocolate inside. The cookies have a rich caramel aroma. And the all-purpose flour makes the cookies chewy.
Ingredients:
Bread flour | 125g |
All-purpose flour | 95g |
Salt | 10g |
Baking soda | 5g |
Butter | 227g |
Dark brown sugar | 150g |
White sugar | 77g |
Vanilla | 2 TSP |
Espresso powder | 1 TSP |
Egg | 1 |
Egg yolk | 1 |
Chocolate chips | 1/2 cup |
Dark chocolate chunks | 5 oz |
Instructions:
1. Add butter into a pan and heat until the butter turns brown, then rest it to cool.
2. Mix the brown sugar, white sugar, coffee powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
3. Add the cooled butter and water.
4. Whisk together until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
5. Add one egg and one egg yolk and whisk.
6. Sift all the remaining flour and continue whisking.
7. Add the chocolate beans/granules, and mix.
8. Divide the dough into 90g each, and place evenly on the baking sheet.
9. Put the dough in the fridge overnight or at least two hours before baking.
10. Bake at 356°F / 180°C for 12-14 mins
11. Wear the LANON heat-resistant liquid silicone gloves to move the baking tray.
